How to make stuffed tofu pot

Eating out occasionally is not a problem, but the problem is that many people now eat out every day and they don’t cook for themselves. In fact, this practice can easily cause problems or diseases to the body and is not worth promoting. Stuffed tofu stew is simple to make and allows people to maintain their health while enjoying delicious food.

1. Add salt, pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch and egg white to the pork filling and mix.

2. Stir evenly with chopsticks

3. Cut the chopped green onion and mushroom into small dices and set aside

4. Add the mixed meat and mix well.

5. Cut the tofu into small pieces and apply a little salt on the surface.

6. Use a small spoon to hollow out the middle of the tofu (be careful not to dig too deep, leave a little thickness), and apply a little cornstarch on the hollowed part.

7. Fill the meat fillings one by one and press with your hands to prevent the meat fillings from spreading.

8. Pour a proper amount of oil into the hot pan and fry the meat side down.

9. Fry until golden brown, then turn over and continue frying until the surface is golden brown.

10. Brush a little oil on the bottom of the casserole to prevent it from sticking. You can also put some vegetables underneath and then put the fried tofu on top.

11. Stir salt, soy sauce, water and minced garlic into a sauce (this is a stew, so add a little more water, but not too much to prevent the soup from overflowing after boiling.

12. Pour the sauce on top and turn on the fire

13. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and cover the pot to simmer (about 10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the tofu, until cooked through)

14. Sprinkle with chopped green onions

Eating out may not guarantee the hygiene of the food, so you can only feel at ease if you make it yourself. Stuffed tofu stew is simple to make and is guaranteed to be healthy.
