10. Stir the egg yolk paste with low flour and cocoa powder evenly up and down. The egg yolk paste is ready and set aside.

11. Start beating the egg whites and add 60 grams of sugar to the egg whites at once.

12. Use an electric whisk to beat the egg white and sugar.

14. Add half of the beaten egg white to the egg yolk batter.

16. Add step 15 to the remaining half of the egg white.

17. Continue to stir evenly, and the cake batter is ready.

18. Pour the cake batter into the mold

20. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees in advance. After putting the mold into the oven, adjust the temperature to 140 degrees and continue baking for 50 minutes.

21. This is when the baking is almost done. The oven temperature is different, please adjust it yourself. If you feel the fire is too high and the color is too dark, cover it with tin foil.

22. When the time is up, take out the mold, shake off the bubbles twice, turn it upside down immediately, wait for it to cool naturally, and then demold it with your hands.
