How to make 8-inch Snowland Milk Cheesecake

The 8-inch Snowland Milk Cheese Cake is a very homely dish, and it is an irresistible delicacy for meat eaters. Eating more of this dish can increase the body's collagen and effectively supplement protein. It has a relatively low fat content and calories, so there is no need to worry about obesity. The braised method is more delicious and can help female friends delay aging.

1. Make the cake slices first, put baking paper on the bottom of the mold, put the cake slices into the square mold and put them in the refrigerator. The recipe and method of cocoa chiffon cake are in my recipe

2. Ingredients for cheesecake

3. Peel the pumpkin and cut it into pieces. Put water in the steamer and bring it to a boil. Put the pumpkin pieces into the steamer and steam until cooked.

4. After cooling, beat with a whisk at low speed until smooth

5. Prepare pumpkin puree

6. Melt the cream cheese in hot water, stir evenly with a whisk at low speed, add powdered sugar and continue stirring at low speed until it is smooth.

7. Add the eggs one by one and continue to stir at low speed.

8. Add the low-gluten flour that has been sprinkled three times and continue to stir evenly at a low speed, then mix it with the pumpkin puree and stir evenly.

9. When the cheese paste is ready, take out the mold from the refrigerator, put a piece in it first, and then pour the cheese paste into the mold

10. Shake it a few times and use a toothpick to make a Z-shaped pattern to eliminate bubbles.

11. Wrap the bottom of the mold with tin foil because it is baked with water.

12. Preheat the oven to 170° for 10 minutes. When the thermometer shows 120°, put the mold into the oven.

13. Finally, set the oven to 170° for 65 minutes. This is what it looks like after 30 minutes of baking.

14. When the time is up, it is done, but do not take it out. Keep it in the oven for 30 minutes before taking it out to cool.

15. After cooling, put it in the refrigerator for one hour. Use a whisk to beat the light cream. Add fine sugar and beat at high speed until it does not flow. Take out another piece of cake and spread the cream on it. Put the remaining cream into the piping bag.

16. Squeeze out some patterns to decorate, spread some butter cream in the middle, and sprinkle some chocolate crumbs on the cake. Isn't it cute?

17. The cake is still cute after being cut

The daily necessities of life are what real life is all about. The method of making 8-inch Snowland Milk Cheesecake is simple. You only need to spend some time learning to enjoy the delicious food. Why not?
