9. Beat the egg white with a whisk at second speed for 60 seconds and then switch to low speed for 45 seconds. The egg white should be very fine at this time, and the hook will not fall off, and the egg white bucket will not fall off even if it is turned upside down.

10. The left side is the beaten egg white, the right side is the beaten egg yolk, start mixing the cake batter

12. Pour into an 8-inch round mold, shake it a few times, and use a toothpick to make a Z-shaped pattern to eliminate bubbles.

13. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees for 10 minutes
