How to make Irish bread

If you often go to restaurants for convenience and end up having gastrointestinal problems or diseases, it is not worth it. For the sake of our health, we'd better learn how to make some home-cooked dishes and cook them at home. The Irish breadsticks are simple to make and most people can learn them quickly.

1. Material report

2. Put the ingredients into the bread machine and start a dough kneading program until you can pull out a film. You don’t have to go to the expansion stage.

3. Put the dough into a fresh-keeping bag, leave some space, tie it up, and refrigerate to ferment for about 16 hours.

4. Take out the dough that has been fermented overnight and let it vent.

5. While the dough is relaxing, process the butter. Put 70g of butter into a fresh-keeping bag and roll it into thin slices.

6. Roll the relaxed dough into a dough sheet that is 2.5 times the size of the butter slice and place the butter slice in the middle.

7. Wrap it up and pinch the mouth downwards

8. Gently roll it into thin slices. This dough is very soft so it is easy to handle and will not leak oil. If you are afraid of sticking, add some flour appropriately. Don't add too much flour to affect the effect of layering.

9. Fold the dough three times from both sides to the middle. Since the dough is already fermented, it must be refrigerated for 20 to 30 minutes. Then take it out and fold it three times twice to complete the dough. You can make croissants and other pastry-like desserts.

10. While you are making the dough, make the filling. Take three slices of ham and two small potatoes.

11. Brush a little oil in the oven and heat at 150 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes

12. Set aside after baking (I secretly ate a few slices of burnt potato chips, they were super delicious O(∩_∩)O)

13. Blanch the spinach, add salt, black pepper, minced garlic and sesame oil, mix well and set aside

14. Complete the last three folds of the dough and roll it into a thin sheet.

15. Add ham

16. Arrange the spinach on the ham

17. Top with baked potato slices

18. Put Masu on top

19. Use a knife to cut into flower patterns as shown in the picture.

20. Wrap the fillings one by one and let them ferment again

21. Brush the risen bread with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. When shaping, the remaining edges are just enough to make two croissants filled with strawberry jam and dried fruits.

22. Put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. I can only say it smells so good.

23. It's still very stringy, but I won't tell you the taste. Try making it yourself. I dare say this is better than the original one in the picture, hahahahahaha O(∩_∩)O

There is nothing wrong with being busy with work, but neglecting diet is not right. The method of making Irish bread steak is simple. As long as you are willing, you can balance work and life.
