2. Beat egg whites, 33 grams of sugar and a few drops of lemon juice until they are wet and foamy with a small curve.

3. Mix 1/3 of the egg whites into the egg yolk batter, stir well, then pour back into the egg white bowl and stir well.

4. Pour the cake batter into the baking pan and fill it with the batter. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 15 minutes. When it is almost done, pay attention to the color and adjust the temperature to 150 degrees as appropriate.

5. After baking, take out and let cool. Remember to cover it with a layer of wax paper to prevent it from cracking when rolling the cake.

6. Whip the cream, add sugar and a few drops of lemon juice to enhance the flavor and solidify it, and add a little bit of salt to make the milk flavor more prominent. Prepare strawberries, dry and cut into pieces.

7. Spread the cream on the cake slice and roll it up, leaving less cream around the edges to avoid it overflowing when rolling.

8. Wrap it with wax paper and refrigerate for half an hour.

9. Slice and eat.
