1. Take a family photo

2. Heat and soften milk, butter, and cream cheese

3. Put all the ingredients except butter into the chef machine

4. The chef machine starts working

5. Beat for about 10 minutes, then rest for 5 minutes

6. Add butter and continue beating

7. Beat for another 10 minutes and rest

8. Play for about 10 more minutes

9. The dough is ready when the beating is finished.

10. Take it out, beat it for a dozen times, and put it back into the basin for basic fermentation.

11. Fermentation time: 60 minutes

12. Turn on the fermentation mode of the oven

13. Take it out after 60 minutes of fermentation and poke it with your hand to see if it does not bounce back.

14. Divide into 6 equal parts, roll into balls and let stand for 15 minutes, cover with plastic wrap

15. Roll the three into long and thin circles, braid them into small braids, and put them in the oven to ferment for 30 minutes.

16. Brush with egg wash after it comes out and preheat the oven to 180° for 10 minutes

17. When the thermometer shows 180°, place the baking tray in the middle layer of the oven and set the temperature to 180° for 20 minutes.
