1.1 Put the ribs in a fresh-keeping box and add cooking wine and barbecue sauce

2.2 Soak the ribs in clean water for 30 minutes to remove the blood, then cut into 3 pieces and poke small holes in them with a fork to allow for flavoring. (I didn't have a large container, so I cut the ribs into pieces.)

3.1 Preheat the oven to 400F/200C, place the ribs on the grill, brush with marinade, and bake for 20 minutes. (Put tin foil on the baking sheet to make cleaning easier.)

4.2 Massage the ribs to coat them with sauce, cover them with a lid, and marinate them in the refrigerator for more than one day, turning them over during the marinade process.
