1. Put butter and honey in a small pot

2. Cook over low heat until melted, then remove from heat and let cool for later use

3. Mix eggs, sugar and salt

4. Add lemon peel and mix well

5. Add butter and honey and mix well

6. Sift in low-gluten flour and baking powder, mix well into a smooth and delicate batter, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight before use.

7. Take out the refrigerated batter and put it into the piping bag

8. (Preheat the oven to 210 degrees) Grease the mold with butter, sprinkle with high-gluten flour, and pour out the excess flour.

9. Cut a small hole in the piping bag and squeeze the batter into the shell mold (the recipe is for a 12-piece mold and three small paper cups filled with half a cup)

10. Put it into the preheated oven and bake at 190 degrees for 15 minutes (the baking time and temperature depend on the size of the mold you use and the temperature of your own oven)

11. The shell cake has a noticeable bulge during baking

12. Take out of the oven after baking

13. The mold is sprinkled with powder so it can be easily demoulded and served on a plate.
