Rabbit bread is a dish that many people can cook. It does not require complicated ingredients. 1. Mix the dough, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours

2. Knead the main dough except the butter into a ball, then add the medium seed and knead evenly

3. Knead until smooth and add butter

4. Beat with a rolling pin

5. The film will form in about 3-5 minutes

6. Divide into small doughs of about 50 grams and let stand for 15 minutes

7. Roll it into long and thin strips. You can make it a little thinner in the middle because it will appear a little thick after folding.

8. Fold the dough in half, put the ham sausage in, pass both sides through the middle fold, grab the rabbit's ears and hang up the ham sausage, pinch the dough on the back of the rabbit to tighten it, and then put it into the baking tray.

9. Ferment in the oven for about 40 minutes

10. After the second rise, take out and brush with egg liquid. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

11. Remove from oven and let cool
