1. Add all the ingredients except butter to flour and knead into a smooth dough with your hands. Continue kneading for 15 minutes, then add 30g of butter and knead until the butter is completely absorbed. Knead for another 10 minutes, then let it stand and ferment until it is twice as large.

2. Degas the dough and divide it into four and six portions. Divide the large portion of dough into seven small portions. Use a rolling pin to roll each small portion into an ox tongue shape, roll it into thin strips, and place them on the baking tray one by one. Continue to ferment until the baking tray is 80% to 90% full.

3. Divide the thin dough into 6 small portions, roll them into round shapes and place them on a baking tray. Continue to ferment until they are twice as large. Apply a thin layer of milk on the surface, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, and bake in the oven at 16 degrees for 30 minutes.

4. Spread a thin layer of butter on the surface of the bread while it is still hot to make it more fragrant! Since the amount of flour was large this time, I made two different shapes of bread.

5. Look at the texture of this bread, it is stringy, very soft and delicious, with a strong milky flavor.
