How to stir-fry clams

1. Ingredients: Clams (with all the sand spit out)

2. Ginger slices and green onion segments

3. Add appropriate amount of white sugar into the bowl.

6. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce.

7. Mix well and set aside.

8. Wash the clams that have spit out the mud and sand and take them out.

9. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger slices to stir-fry.

10. Then, add the cleaned clams and stir-fry quickly until they open.

11. Next, add the prepared sauce.

12. Season and stir well.

13. Then, add the scallion slices and it’s done.

14. Remove from the pan and serve.
