How to make fancy snow skin mooncakes

Cooking is not a difficult thing. As long as you learn how to make this fancy snow skin mooncake, you can easily conquer your family's taste buds. 1. Prepare the ingredients. Divide the snow skin powder into 4 portions of 100g. I made four colors and divided it into 4 portions.

2. Make a batch of original color first. Take 100g hot water, pour it into the snow skin powder and stir while mixing. Stir until all the powder is mixed together.

3. Put on disposable gloves and knead the dough with your hands in the same direction until the dough is elastic and has almost no pores. Then wrap it in plastic wrap and let it stand for 10 minutes.

4. Take another 100g of snow skin powder and mix it with cocoa powder. Same as step 2. The same goes for matcha powder.

5. Steam the purple sweet potato and chestnuts, peel and mash the cooked purple sweet potato, put the chestnuts into a chopper and grind them into powder, add 25g butter and 100g icing sugar to the mashed purple sweet potato, stir evenly, and do the same with the chestnuts. So the color of the purple sweet potato crust is to take another 5-10g of purple sweet potato and add 20g of coconut milk, mix, and then follow step 3.

6. Divide the purple potato filling, chestnut flour filling, mung bean paste, and red bean paste into 30-33g fillings, and the total mixed filling should also be 30-33g~. Divide the pie crust into 30g pieces and press them into a circle with the palm of your hand. The same goes for the filling. You don't need to press the last filling~

7. Put the round filling on the bean paste skin and wrap it into a round shape. Make sure to roll it into a round shape.

8. Put it on the ice skin.

9. Wrap the filling and press the opening tightly.

10. Sprinkle the mold with snow skin powder to make it easier to demould. Put the edge of the mold inside.

11. Press it upside down on the cutting board, pick it up gently, press it down, and slowly demould it.

12. Finally, pick up the patterned cover.

13. The beautiful mooncake crust is ready~

14. Use the same steps to make matcha ice skin, cocoa ice skin, and purple potato ice skin.
