How to make chocolate condensed milk toast (medium)

Chocolate condensed milk toast (medium version) is a dish that many people can make. It does not require complicated ingredients. Simple ingredients such as rice, oil, salt, sauce, vinegar and tea can prepare an exquisite and delicious dish. If you add a bowl of soup to this dish, the effect will definitely be better. 1. Mix all the ingredients together and make dough. Put it in a bowl, cover it and let it ferment at room temperature until it doubles in size. My room temperature is 22 degrees, so it took about an hour and a half.

2. Pour other ingredients except butter into the bread bucket in the order of liquid first and then flour;

3. Cut the fermented seed material into small pieces and put them into the bread bucket;

4. Turn on the bread machine's kneading program and knead all the ingredients until they reach the expansion stage;

5. Knead for about 20 minutes, add the softened butter, and knead for about 40 minutes until a large film can be pulled out; take it out of the bread machine and put it in a bowl, cover it with a lid and ferment it at room temperature;

6. Ferment at room temperature for about an hour and a half at 22 degrees. If you poke a hole with your finger dipped in dry powder and it does not shrink, it is fermented;

7. Take out the dough, deflate it, divide it into three equal parts, roll it into balls and relax for 5 minutes;

8. Take a dough and roll it into an oval shape with a rolling pin;

9. Roll up from bottom to top, with the seam facing down, and let it rest for 5 minutes. Make all three doughs in turn.

10. Use a rolling pin to roll it open;

11. Roll it up again, two or three rolls are best;

12. After two or three doughs are ready, place them into the toast mold;

13. Put it in the oven, add a bowl of hot water, adjust to the fermentation mode, set the upper and lower tubes to 38 degrees, ferment for about 40 minutes, and brush with egg liquid when it is 80% fermented;

14. Put it back into the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Cover it with tin foil after 10 minutes to prevent the top from getting burnt. When the time is up, take it out and put it on the rack to cool.

15. Look, isn’t it tempting? It’s not even cold yet, but I can’t wait to eat it!
