1. Prepare the eggs first, separate the yolk from the white, there should be no yolk in the white, be careful not to break the yolk

2. Add sugar, salt and tartar powder to the egg whites and set aside.

3. Add water and oil to the egg yolk and stir. Then add low-gluten flour and corn starch to the egg yolk and stir again until it becomes silky. (If you like sugar, add 100g of sugar to the egg yolk with the water.)

4. After making the egg yolk, beat the egg white.

5. After beating, add 1/3 of the egg whites into the egg yolks and stir, then add the stirred mixture into the remaining egg whites and stir again until smooth.

6. Place on a plate. After it is done, put it in the oven and bake it for 45 minutes before taking it out. (Because every oven is different, you can open the oven and press the cake with your hand during the baking process. If the cake bounces back after you take it away, it can be taken out of the oven. The temperature depends on your oven. The temperature of my oven is 170 for upper fire and 150 for lower fire. You can refer to this temperature.)

7. Let it cool down and then cook it into your favorite dishes.
