How to make Hakka stir-fry

As people's living standards improve, they begin to pay attention to health care. However, many people have great misunderstandings about health preservation. Health preservation is not about taking health care medicine, or spending money on maintenance. Well, now I will introduce the method of cooking Hakka stir-fry.

1. Put the pork belly in cold water and cook until the surface turns white, then remove from the pot.

2. Rinse the cooked pork belly with cold water, slice it and set aside.

3. Soak the squid in clean water and cut into strips. Cut the dried tofu into strips.

4.Cut water celery and red pepper into sections.

5. Chop the garlic, shred the ginger, and smash the onion.

6. Heat the pan, apply a layer of oil on it and add the pork belly to stir-fry until the oil comes out. Use the remaining oil to scoop up the meat.

7. Leave some oil in the pan, add the dried tofu and fry until the surface is slightly fried, then scoop it up.

8. Add ginger, onion and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then pour in the soaked squid strips and add rice wine to remove the odor and enhance the flavor.

9. Pour in the stir-fried pork belly slices.

10. Pour in the fried dried tofu.

11. Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper and sugar and stir-fry until well-flavored.

12. Add in celery and red pepper segments and stir-fry until cooked.
