How to make mushroom biscuits

Mushroom power biscuits are easy to make and provide nutritious dishes for those who do not have much time to spend on cooking.

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients and soften the butter in advance.

2. Pour the powdered sugar into the butter and mix well with a spatula without beating.

3. Add the whipped cream in two batches.

4. Stir evenly.

5. Sift in the low-gluten flour and use a spatula to mix until there is no dry flour.

6. Knead into dough.

7. Divide the dough into small dough pieces weighing 3-4 grams.

8. Divide the small dough into two parts, make one part into a cylinder with one end thick and the other end thin, and make the other part into a mushroom cap.

9. Insert the thin end into the mushroom cap and the mushroom is ready.

10. Make the mushrooms one by one and place them on the baking tray.

11. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, bake on the middle layer with upper and lower heat for 15-20 minutes.

12. Bake until the surface of the mushrooms changes color, then take out and let cool.

13. Melt the chocolate over water.

14. Roll the cooled mushroom heads in the chocolate, then place them on wax paper and let them cool until solidified.
