How to make soft and fragrant lotus leaf rice

Having a healthy body is everyone's wish, and in order to achieve this wish, daily diet cannot be neglected. The soft, glutinous and fragrant lotus leaf rice is simple to make, and it is economical and affordable. The nutrition is not inferior to those expensive foods. 1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Soak the rice for 2 hours in advance.

3. Place the soaked glutinous rice on a steamer lined with lotus leaves.

4. Wrap the rice with lotus leaves and steam it for half an hour.

5. Dice the mushrooms, carrots, and sausages, and chop the green onions.

6. Put a little fried mushrooms and sausage in the pot and stir-fry.

7. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and pepper.

8. Add diced carrots, stir well and turn off the heat.

9. Add the fried bacon, mushrooms and carrot cubes to the glutinous rice, mix well, cover with lotus leaves and steam for ten minutes.

10. Sprinkle with chopped green onions.

11. Cut off the lotus leaves on the edge with scissors
