How to make Matcha Cranberry Cookies

1. Soften the butter at room temperature so that you can easily press the indentation with your fingers.

7. Wrap the dough with plastic wrap, put it into a mold to shape it, and then put it in the refrigerator to freeze for one hour.

8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, take out the dough and cut it into small pieces of basically uniform thickness, about 6mm wide. Don't cut it too thin! Place in the upper-middle layer of the oven and bake for 18 minutes.

9. After the cookies have completely cooled, seal them and store them.

A simple home-cooked dish only takes a dozen minutes. Matcha cranberry cookies are easy to learn and make. Just prepare the necessary ingredients and you can make a delicious dish.
