How to make Greek cookie balls (hand-shaped cookies)

1. Soften the butter in a large bowl, add powdered sugar and salt

2. Beat with a whisk until smooth

3. Beat the egg yolks and add them to the butter bowl, then beat again until evenly combined.

4. Sift in low flour and stir evenly with a spatula to form a dough

5. Put it in a fresh-keeping bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes

6. Take about 10 grams of dough and roll it into a ball with your palm.

7. Take all the small balls and roll them into balls with your palms. Place them neatly on a baking tray covered with tin foil. Then use the thicker end of a chopstick with some water to insert about 0.5cm into the middle of the ball.

8. Put an appropriate amount of blueberry jam into the piping bag

9. Cut off a small hole and squeeze it on the small hole. Preheat the oven to 185 degrees.

10. Bake at 185 degrees for about 12 minutes, and simmer for seven or eight minutes
