How to make salty seaweed cookies

In a busy life, it is a great happiness to be able to have a delicious meal when you return home. If you don’t have much time to prepare dinner, you can choose simple ingredients, stir-fry them briefly and they are ready to serve. The method of making salty and fragrant seaweed cookies is that simple.

1. Soften the butter in warm water, add salt and beat with a whisk. Add egg liquid in 2-3 batches. I added the egg liquid all at once, which resulted in the butter and eggs not being mixed. Later I warmed it with warm water for 10 seconds, took it out and beat it immediately and it was done.

2. Sift in low-gluten flour

3. Stir slightly and add chopped seaweed

4. Stir until there is no dry flour.

5. Put the dough into a fresh-keeping bag to prevent greasing the cutting board. Use a knife to shape the dough into a rectangular shape.

6. Put the rectangular dough in the refrigerator until it becomes hard. Take it out and cut it into thin slices about 0.4cm thick.

7. Arrange the slices neatly on the grill covered with baking paper. Since my baking pan was taken to make bread, I had to use the baking rack.

8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, and bake the cookie sheets in the oven for 16 minutes.

9. Baked.
