How to make peanut powder cookies

1. Prepare half-melted butter, beaten eggs, flour, peanut walnut powder and sugar.

2. Beat the butter and add 50g sugar and beat evenly

3. Add 38g of egg liquid in batches, and add the next batch of egg liquid after beating each time.

4. Sift in 120g low-gluten wheat flour, 30g peanut and walnut powder (if you don’t have it, 150g wheat flour will do), and sprinkle in appropriate amount of sesame seeds.

5. Use a silicone knife to press evenly, then mix the flour

6. Knead into a ball, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for an hour

7. Flatten and use molds to make shapes. Preheat the oven for 12 minutes.

8. Put the cookies in the preheated oven for 4 minutes, then 3 minutes, and finally 2 minutes, with a 10-minute interval in between.

9. I baked two plates, one was in the shape of a heart. I baked it for 5 minutes, and it turned a little yellow. It tasted a bit like sesame crackers. The other plate of button-shaped ones was 4 first and 3 later. The color was light yellow and the taste was not as crispy as before. It was a bit powdery. I felt that it needed to be baked for another 2 minutes.
