Cranberry Cream Pie Recipe

1. Mix low flour, white sugar and softened butter together!

2. Rub it into sand!

3. Add eggs!

4. Knead into a ball, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour!

5. Roll the refrigerated dough into a round piece, put it into an eight-inch loose-bottom pie mold, shape it and fit the edges. Poke some small holes with a fork to prevent bulging when baking!

6. Add sugar to the whipped cream and eggs and mix well!

7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance, bake the pie crust at 180 degrees for 10 minutes and take it out!

8. Pour in the stirred cream and egg mixture!

9. Sprinkle cranberries on the surface and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes until the surface is colored and solidified!

10. Easy to demould after taking out of oven!
