How to make cranberry cookies (suitable for beginners)

1. Melt the butter first and turn it into liquid

2. Add powdered sugar to butter and mix well until it becomes sticky.

3. Beat an egg into egg liquid, add it to the butter and mix well (I forgot to take a photo of this step)

4. Sift the low-gluten flour and add it to the butter paste together with the dried cranberries (you can start directly now, no need for a scraper) and knead it into a ball.

5. Put the dough on plastic wrap or wax paper and shape it into a rectangle. After shaping, wrap it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for about an hour.

6. Cut the frozen dough into cubes with a thickness of about 0.5 cm. The size should be uniform. Leave some gaps when baking because the cookies will expand, otherwise the gaps will stick together.

7. Preheat the oven 10 minutes in advance to 180 degrees for the upper fire and 150 degrees for the lower fire. After 10 minutes, put the cookies into the oven at the same temperature and bake for 15 minutes. The specific time depends on the temperament of your own oven.
