Lamb and carrot pot recipe

1. Put the mutton cubes into a pot of cold water, and take out the mutton cubes after the water boils.

2. While the mutton is blanching, chop the garlic, slice the onion and ginger, cut the green garlic into sections, and cut the dried and red peppers into sections.

3. Add oil to the pan and fry the scallions, ginger, garlic, cinnamon, star anise and dried pepper

4. Add the mutton cubes and stir well

5. Add seasonings one by one and bring to a boil over high heat

6. Transfer the seasoned mutton pot into the casserole, add bay leaves and tangerine peel and continue to simmer over medium-low heat for about 50 minutes.

7. Add carrot cubes and continue stewing for about 20 minutes

8. Finally, add the green garlic and red pepper segments and mix well.
