The chickens at the market have already been cleaned and can be chopped. Then rinse off the blood and clean it.

Prepare the seasoning for stir-frying the chicken nuggets and cut the fresh chili into sections for later use. Slice the onion and ginger, and crush the garlic.

Pour clean water into the pot and blanch the chicken pieces in cold water. After taking it out, rinse off the foam with warm water and drain the water.

Heat oil in a pan, add seasonings into the pan and stir-fry until fragrant.
