How to make Japanese steamed shrimp with tofu

7. Pour the water steamed from the plate into a bowl and add a little starch to mix evenly (if there is too little water, add a little cold water as appropriate). Pour the starch water into the pot, add a little soy sauce, and turn off the heat after a thin sauce is formed.

8. Place cucumber cubes on the shrimps for garnish. Pour the sauce into a small bowl and pour it over the steamed tofu and shrimps. The Japanese tofu is tender and smooth, and the fresh and fragrant taste of shrimp is a perfect match
