How to make sushi nori siomai

Whether the diet is healthy and reasonable has a very important impact on health. Therefore, no matter how busy we are, we should take our daily diet seriously. If we really don’t have much time, we can consider some simple recipes. The method of sushi seaweed shumai is particularly simple, and what’s rare is that it is also very delicious.

1. There is no need to soak glutinous rice in advance, just add water and steam it. I use a pressure cooker to steam for 10 to 15 minutes

2. While the rice is steaming, cut the carrots and mushrooms into cubes and serve them on a plate with the green beans.

3. Prepare the meat without adding any seasoning.

4. Heat the pan, add oil, put the meat first and stir-fry until it changes color, then add mushrooms, green beans, and carrots in turn and stir-fry. Add salt, dark soy sauce, pepper, and finally glutinous rice and mix well.

5. Prepare sushi nori

6. You can take more than one sheet (3 to 4 sheets) at a time and divide the seaweed into four equal parts.

7. Cover with a wet towel and press it down when wrapping to soften the seaweed.

8. It is very simple to wrap. Put the filling in the seaweed and pinch it with your hands to form it.

9. Steam it in a steamer for 10 minutes.

When you go home, you can also use your free time to make sushi, seaweed and steamed dumplings to reward yourself. Sometimes it is a very good thing to taste your own cooking skills.
