Sausage and cucumber fried rice recipe

1. Prepare the ingredients. Peel the cucumber, cook the sausage, and wash the onion and garlic.

2. Slice the sausage, dice the cucumber, dice the pickled cowpea, chop the onion into chopped green onion, and slice the garlic. Serve on a plate.

3. Put the pot on the stove and pour a little rapeseed oil.

4. After the oil is heated, turn off the heat. Wait until the oil cools down a little, pour in the leftover rice, then turn on the heat again to stir-fry the rice.

5. Put the fried rice on a plate and set aside. Pour oil again and heat the oil to 70% hot. Pour the soaked cowpeas and cucumbers in. (A slice of garlic was accidentally poured in)

6. After the aroma comes out, pour the cut sausages in.

7. Stir-fry quickly and add chopped green onion and garlic slices.

8. Pour in the fried rice.

9. Finally, stir-fry over high heat and add salt, MSG, chicken powder, corn oil, and black pepper sauce.

10. After frying the seasonings, remove from the pan and serve on a plate. The delicious sausage fried rice is ready.
