1. Wash the mustard greens and soak them in water for a while.

2. Boil water in a pot until it is boiling, put the mustard greens in, blanch until they are soft, remove from the pot, drain, and chop for later use.

3. Chop the onion, ginger and garlic; cut the pork into small cubes for later use

4. Preheat the pan and melt 1 tablespoon of lard.

8. Finally, pour the cooked rice into the pot and fry until it is loose. Then add a few drops of scallop juice and sesame oil and fry until the rice is colored. When removing from the pot, sprinkle some MSG to enhance the flavor and serve.
