How to make hollow sesame pumpkin cake

7. Make all the pumpkin pie.

8. Pour salad oil into the pot and heat it to 60% hot. Add pumpkin pie and shake the pot gently.

9. When the crust of the pumpkin pie is slightly shaped, turn it over with a spatula. When it is slightly bulging, press the pumpkin pie continuously with a spatula, turn it over and press it again. Repeat this 2 to 3 times. The crust of the pumpkin pie will become thin and golden, and you can even clearly see the hollowness. That's it.

10. Remove the fried pumpkin cakes from the pan, drain the oil and place on a plate.

11. The fragrant and crispy pumpkin pie is ready.
