How to make chow mein

1. I bought handmade noodles. I boiled water in a pot, put the noodles in and cook them for a few minutes.

2. Take out the noodles, rinse them with clean water to drain, then put them in a large bowl, add some oil and mix the noodles evenly so that they will not stick together.

3. Beat the eggs into a bowl, heat up a frying pan, add peanut oil and heat until it is 60% to 70% hot, then pour the beaten eggs in, spread out into a pancake shape, fry until both sides are golden brown and set aside.

4. Prepare the ingredients and cut them into strips, including the eggs.

5. Cut the meat into slices, heat up a wok, add peanut oil and heat until it is 70% to 80% hot, then put the meat in and stir-fry for a while, add a little salt and serve.

6. Heat the oil in a wok, first add the carrots and stir-fry for a while, then add the other ingredients, stir-fry, add a little salt, and stir-fry for a few minutes.

7. After a few minutes, add the noodles and stir-fry. Then add light soy sauce, chicken essence and cumin powder and stir-fry again for a while. Sprinkle some chopped green onions and serve.
