How to make green fried noodles

When the temperature difference between morning and evening is large, the gastrointestinal tract becomes very picky, and a good dish is essential. Learning to make green fried noodles is a must-have trick for every good mother. Remember to add a small amount of ginger and garlic during the cooking process. Friends who don’t like peppers should not put it, otherwise it will affect the taste.

1. Wash the spinach

2. Chop and add water. The amount of water should be as much as you want, just enough to cover the spinach. The more water, the lighter the green. After I took the photo, I found that the amount of water was too little, so I added some more water

3. Juicing

4. Filter out the residue

5. Use flour and spinach juice to roll noodles (add a little salt to the flour to make the noodles chewy and not easy to break)

6. Boil the water

7. When the noodles are put into the pot, the water will not boil. Do not stir the noodles at this time to prevent them from breaking.

8. After about 20 seconds, spread the noodles.

9. When cooking the scallops, cut the side dishes into thin strips. You can change the side dishes at any time according to your preferences. My daughter loves cabbage, so I use cabbage.

10. Cook until 80% to 90% cooked, rinse with cold water and drain

11. Heat the oil in a pan and add chopped green onion.

12. Add shredded carrots, five-spice powder, and ginger powder

13. Add cabbage

14. Stir-fry until the vegetables become soft and the volume shrinks, then add a little soy sauce (optional)

15. Add the drained spinach noodles

16. After adding the noodles, use chopsticks instead of a spatula to stir fry in order to prevent the noodles from breaking.

17. If the noodles are too dry during frying, add some soup from cooking noodles.

18. Add sesame oil before serving

19. Let’s eat! My daughter and I each had a plate! More noodle soup! ? Very satisfying (please ignore the chopped green onions floating in the soup, that’s evidence that I was too lazy and just added the soup with a spatula!)
