1. This time, I chose Xiwang corn germ oil to make porridge. This oil has a light and pure taste and can preserve the original color and flavor of the ingredients. The porridge is delicious and not greasy.

2. Prepare Xiwang corn germ oil, rice, pork liver, lean meat, raw intestines and other ingredients. It is recommended to choose rice flour intestines, which have a refreshing and smooth taste.

3. Wash the rice, add water and bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 1.5 hours. It is recommended not to make the porridge too thick, otherwise it will affect the taste. I personally like to drink porridge water, so I will make it thinner.

4. While cooking the porridge, stir it from time to time to prevent the bottom from burning.

6. Put the raw intestines into the faucet and rinse them repeatedly with high water. Keep flushing until no debris comes out, then turn off the water.

7. Put the raw intestines in a dish, add cooking wine, starch and salt, and knead them repeatedly. Tear off the fat on the intestines and wash until there is no debris.

8. Wash the raw intestines again and cut them into small pieces. If children are eating it, it is recommended to cut it into smaller pieces so that it is easier to chew.
