Easy pork belly and chicken soup recipe

Simple pork tripe and chicken soup is a home-cooked dish with a very lifelike flavor. You don’t need to prepare seasonings deliberately to make this dish. Just the basic salt, MSG, soy sauce and vinegar at home can make a delicate dish. The soup of this dish looks even more delicious and makes people drool.

1. Preparation of auxiliary materials

2. Soak lotus seeds in clean water for half an hour

3. Rinse the pig's stomach with clean water first, then scrub it with salt two or three times.

4. The second step is to rub with flour and then rinse with water

5. The third step is to rub and wash the pig stomach with rice vinegar. This way, the pig stomach will have almost no fishy smell.

6. Wash the chicken and cut it into pieces. Do not cut the pork belly. Slice the ginger.

7. Put the pork belly and ginger in cold water, bring the water to a boil, add cooking wine and boil for 3-4 minutes to remove the fishy smell.

8. Take out the pig stomach and put it into the soup pot

9. Add auxiliary ingredients (except wolfberry), remove the pits of red dates and the cores of lotus seeds.

10. Add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer over low heat for one and a half hours.

11. When the time is up, add the chicken and cook for another 20 minutes.

12. When the soup is ready, take out the pig stomach and cut it into strips

13. After cutting, pour it back into the soup pot with wolfberries and boil for another 5 minutes

14. Add salt and serve.
