Beef and soybean sauce recipe

Beef soybean sauce is a sauce made with soybeans and beef as the main raw materials. This sauce is quite popular. It not only tastes great but also has many benefits for the human body. For example, it can effectively improve the body's resistance, supplement protein and promote digestion, etc. Because beef soybean paste is very popular, many people want to make it at home. Here is an introduction to the recipe of beef soybean paste.

Method 1:

1. Soak the soybeans in clean water the night before. Wash the beef and cut it into larger pieces the next day. If you have time, soak the beef in clean water for two hours to drain the blood. Pour oil into the pan. Because you are going to make the sauce, you will need more oil. Add ingredient 1 and fry slowly over low heat for 20 minutes until the aroma is overflowing.

2. In order to make the taste better, remove the ingredients from the oil, then pour in the beef cubes and fry them slowly over low heat.

3. Cook the soybeans in advance. I added 1 star anise and a small amount of salt while cooking. Then prepare minced ginger and garlic, chopped green onions, and chopped dried chilies.

4. Prepare cooked sesame seeds and cooked peanuts. The peanuts I used were roasted directly in the oven, which I feel is healthier than fried ones.

5. Prepare the three necessary sauces and mix them evenly.

6. When frying the beef, there will be a lot of bubbles at the beginning because of the moisture.

7. As time goes by, the moisture slowly dries up and the oil becomes clear. Because my little bear likes to eat drier meat, I fried it for a longer time. I didn’t check the time for exactly how long, but it was probably about 30 minutes.

8. Add chopped ginger, garlic and green onion, then pour in the fermented black beans, rock sugar and chopped dried chili, and stir-fry slowly.

9. Pour in the prepared sauce and stir-fry until the color of the oil becomes darker and redder, then pour in the soybeans, some thirteen spices, cooking wine and pepper powder, turn to the lowest heat, and simmer for 20-30 minutes.

10. Add sesame seeds and peanuts before serving.

Method 2:

① Wash the rapeseed, put it into boiling water and cook it, then remove it, drain it and place it on a plate. Wash, peel and cut red and white radishes into pieces. Cut beef brisket into pieces, blanch in boiling water, remove from the pieces and put back into water to boil, simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes, remove from the pieces and drain.

② Pour vegetable oil and soybean paste into the pot and stir-fry over high heat until fragrant. Add carrots, white radish, beef brisket, chicken essence, sugar, fermented glutinous rice, soy sauce and water, stir well, and simmer over low heat until the flavors are absorbed. Add water starch to thicken, serve on rapeseed and serve.
