Add sesame seeds and peanuts before serving. Method 2: ① Wash the rapeseed, put it into boiling water and cook it, then remove it, drain it and place it on a plate. Wash, peel and cut red and white radishes into pieces. Cut beef brisket into pieces, blanch in boiling water, remove from the pieces and put back into water to boil, simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes, remove from the pieces and drain. ② Pour vegetable oil and soybean paste into the pot and stir-fry over high heat until fragrant. Add carrots, white radish, beef brisket, chicken essence, sugar, fermented glutinous rice, soy sauce and water, stir well, and simmer over low heat until the flavors are absorbed.
