How to make rice wine pearl dumplings

1. Prepare materials: buy rice wine from the supermarket.

2. Add hot water at about 60°C to the glutinous rice flour and stir it into large particles with chopsticks.

3. Knead into a smooth dough

12. Taste it first. If it is very sweet, no need to add sugar! I only added 5 grams of white sugar.
