How to make dragon fruit peel dumplings

1. Remove the green skin of the dragon fruit, wash it, and cut it into small pieces

2. Add a little water and stir into juice

3. Filter

4. Mix dragon fruit peel juice and glutinous rice flour with warm water.

5. Mix well (you can steam it again and mix again)

6. Red bean paste with crushed peanuts

8. Knead it into a round shape and it's done.
