How to make baked double cheese rice balls

Many people neglect their diet because they are too busy at work and just deal with it casually. In fact, we don’t need to spend too much energy to prepare a delicious dinner for ourselves, as long as we make the right choice. The method of baking double cheese rice balls does not take too much time and can be completed in just a few simple steps.

1. Dice onions, carrots, potatoes and cabbage, add some salt to taste and dehydrate. Because I only have half an hour for breakfast, I always do this the night before. Then I put them in the refrigerator in a fresh-keeping box and use them directly in the morning! If you make it now, you need to wait about 15 minutes to dehydrate it, otherwise the rice balls will be too watery!

2. Beat an egg, then add the diced vegetables and mix well!

3. Add rice, black pepper and a little salt and mix well!

4. Put on disposable gloves, wrap the mozzarella cheese in the vegetable rice ball, press it hard with both hands and shape it into a round shape!

5. Place the rice balls neatly on the oiled baking tray.

6. Put it in the preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes!

7. Divide the cheese slices into four and place them on the baked rice balls, then bake for another 2 minutes!

8. Place the dish on the plate and the delicious double cheese rice balls are ready!

Baked double cheese rice balls are easy to make and can help our bodies replenish a variety of necessary nutrients. They are a rare and delicious home-cooked dish.
