7. Pour the mixed rice paste into the mold. Do not fill it too full. 80% full is enough, leaving some space for the rice paste to rise. Put the steaming rack into the pot of boiling water, cover the pot with a lid and steam over high heat for 15 minutes. You can then open the lid and take it out.

8. Every rice cake is smiling and each one is beautiful.

9. Let it cool before demoulding.

10. The rice cake not only has beautiful flowers on the top, but also on the flat bottom.

11. The developed rice cake is white in color, soft and sweet.
