How to make cold rice noodles with shredded chicken

Although we can eat some delicious food when eating out, we should know that these things may not be so delicious in themselves, but because they are added with excessive seasonings. The method of making cold shredded chicken rice noodles is simple. If you don’t want to eat too much seasoning, you might as well learn to make it at home.

1. Prepare the ingredients

3. Pour cold water into the pot, put in the chicken breast and cook on low heat until done (about ten minutes). Remove the cooked chicken breasts from the water and rinse them in cold boiled water. Drain the water after they have cooled down. Use the side of a knife to loosen them and then tear them into shreds.

4. Take a small bowl and mix appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, aged vinegar, sugar, chicken essence, and sesame oil. Peel the carrots, wash and cut into shreds, wash the cucumbers and cut into shreds, and shred the chicken.

5. Pour cold water into the pot and bring to a boil. Add the cross-bridge rice noodles and bring to a boil. Turn to medium heat and cook until 80% cooked.

6. Remove from the water and rinse

7. Add shredded cucumber, shredded carrot, and shredded chicken in turn, sprinkle some chopped green onion and garnish with some coriander. When eating, add the prepared sauce and mix well.

8. Start eating the mixed rice noodles
