How to make braised noodles with pork belly and kidney beans

1. Cut the pork belly into pieces, boil water in a pot to blanch the pork belly, then rinse with cold water and drain.

2. Prepare the ingredients, cut the green onion into large pieces, slice the ginger, and wash the kidney beans and break them into small pieces.

3. Put appropriate amount of oil in the pot and bring it to a boil, then add rock sugar over low heat and dissolve it.

4. Add the pork belly and stir-fry until evenly coated with sugar color.

5. Add light soy sauce, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, green onion and ginger and stir-fry until colored, then add a few drops of vinegar and stir well.

6. Pour the kidney beans into the pot and stir-fry evenly.

7. Add water to cover the kidney beans, simmer over high heat until boiling, then reduce to medium heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.

8. When the kidney beans are basically cooked, add salt and chicken essence to season. Spread the noodles evenly on the kidney beans and simmer over medium-low heat for 8 to 10 minutes.

9. Use chopsticks to separate the noodles and stir-fry evenly with the kidney beans to absorb the soup.

10. Serve on a plate.
