Smoked salmon eggs Benedict recipe

Eating work meals every day makes life feel boring and even your taste buds become numb. You start to miss simple home-cooked meals, but you don’t have the time to make them? Smoked salmon Benedict eggs is easy to make and has a variety of flavors. You can prepare the seasonings according to your preferences and make your own dish.

1. Prepare the main ingredients and lettuce; use eggs at room temperature! I posted the recipe for English muffins last week, you can refer to it!

2. Make the Hollandaise sauce first! Melt the butter!

3. Open two eggs, take out the egg yolks, add apple cider vinegar or lemon juice, and beat with a whisk!

4. Place a basin of hot water at about 80 degrees under the egg beating container, which will make the whipping effect better and faster. When the eggs expand and turn a little white, you can slowly add the melted butter and continue whipping!

5. Beat until it expands into a paste, then add salt to season and set aside!

6. Cut the English muffins into two pieces, put them into an oven preheated to 180 degrees, and bake them for 5 minutes!

7. Wash the lettuce, drain it and set it aside!

8. Put half a pot of water in the pot, add appropriate amount of apple cider vinegar, and boil until bubbles appear at the bottom of the pot, but do not boil yet! As shown in the picture.

9. Immediately beat the eggs into the pot, turn to low heat, cover the pot and simmer for about 40 seconds. Turn the eggs over and simmer for about 30 seconds!

10. Take out the cooked soft-boiled eggs, drain and set aside!

11. Take out the muffins and bake them until the surface turns yellow!

12. Spread the smoked salmon evenly on the muffins. For those who don’t like eating raw salmon, you can put it in the oven and roast it over high heat!

13. Place the cooked soft-boiled eggs on the muffins!

14. Place it next to the lettuce on the plate and garnish with the prepared Hollandaise sauce!

15. Classic Eggs Benedict is ready! If you cut an egg, the yolk will flow out! The taste is very very good!
