Steamed cod with mushrooms

Main ingredients: cod (one piece), purple cabbage (half), cherry tomatoes (about ten)

Seasoning: vegetables (appropriate amount), ginger (appropriate amount), salt (3 teaspoons), pepper (appropriate amount), white vinegar (1 tablespoon), steamed fish soy sauce (1 tablespoon)

practice:

1. Marinate the cod with pepper, one teaspoon of salt and half a tablespoon of steamed fish soy sauce for ten minutes.

2. Place mushrooms, ginger and ham on the cod and pour half a tablespoon of steamed fish soy sauce.

3. Cut the purple cabbage and carrot into shreds, blanch them in boiling water with salt and white vinegar for one minute, cut the onion into rings, and blanch the celery before blanching the purple cabbage.

4. Place vegetables on the bottom of the plate, place the cod on top, decorate with other vegetables, and then place the tomatoes on top.
