Who is not suitable to eat seafood?

Disadvantages: Fresh seafood contains more unsaturated fatty acids and less connective tissue. It is not only easy to digest and absorb after consumption, but also can effectively prevent atherosclerosis. Therefore, hepatitis B patients can eat some seafood appropriately.
