How to make Yuanbao dumplings

8. Remove from the cold water, drain and chop into small pieces.

9. Take a larger container, add fungus, long beans, salt and oil and mix well.

10. After mixing well, pour it into the meat filling, add soy sauce and chopped green onion and stir thoroughly in one direction.

11. Serve in a large bowl.

12. Prepare the dumpling wrappers.

13. Prepare half a bowl of water and a pair of chopsticks.

14. Put the filling in the middle of the dumpling skin. Use chopsticks to dip a little water and wet the edge of the dumpling skin (semicircle).

15. Fold it in half, pinch it tightly, dip the chopsticks in water and place them at the location where the chopsticks are pointing.

16. The dumpling filling is concave.

17. Fold the two corners in half.

19. After the water in the pot boils, add a little salt, put in the dumplings and cook.

20. Prepare a condiment dish. Add MSG, balsamic vinegar and sesame oil into a small plate.
