How to make pumpkin, peanut and sesame dumplings

1. Grind black peanuts and black sesame seeds into powder

2. Pour into a bowl

3. You can add powdered sugar or regular soft sugar in this step.

4. Mix the ingredients in step 3 evenly, pour into the heated pot, and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.

5. Then pour in corn oil or olive oil, preferably cooked oil, stir fry again, and it is ready to serve.

6. Finally, put it in a bowl and let it cool down for later use.

7. Put the pumpkin slices in a steamer and steam them in the microwave for three minutes, then turn them over and steam them for another two minutes.

13. Knead all around and roll into a round shape.

14. Put the water in the pot and turn on high heat. Simmer for about three or four minutes until the dumplings float.
