How to make pork and green onion wontons (home version)

1. Flour + water

2. Knead into dough and set aside

3. Pork filling + salt (2 spoons) + soy sauce (5 spoons) + sesame oil (3 spoons) + minced ginger + minced green onion (more), stir in one direction (clockwise or counterclockwise)

4. Stir in one direction and add a little warm water (about 4-inch bowl and half a bowl of water) several times until it becomes viscous.

5. Divide the dough into several pieces

7. Cut into trapezoidal shapes
