How to make colorful vegetable steamed buns

Many new wives are very troubled by cooking skills. Colorful vegetable steamed buns are a dish suitable for novices to learn. 1. Prepare the materials first

2. Find a larger bowl and beat the eggs with some salt and pepper.

3. Cut the steamed buns into 1 cm square cubes and mix them into the egg liquid.

4. Heat the oil in the pan and add the diced steamed buns.

5. Fry until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.

6. Dice the colorful vegetables and other ingredients

7. Heat another pan and sauté the scallion until fragrant

8. Add the diced bell pepper and stir-fry for a while

9. Add the cucumber and ham cubes, stir-fry and add salt and MSG to taste

10. When the vegetables are almost cooked, add the diced steamed buns and stir-fry evenly before serving.

11. Garnish the dish with chopped green onions if you like.

12. It goes great with pumpkin porridge!
