Garlic green bean noodles recipe

I believe many people don’t know where to start when making garlic-flavored green bean noodles. This is a mouth-watering dish that requires two raw materials: chicken and vegetables. The chef’s superb cooking skills make the delicacy even more attractive. This is also a health-preserving recipe that can be made often for the elders at home.

1. Heat the oil in a pan until it is hot, then pour it out and let it cool.

2. Put the noodles into the pot, pour the cooled oil on them and stir evenly.

3. After the noodles are fully coated with oil, cover the pot and steam for 20 minutes.

4. While the noodles are steaming, we prepare the vegetables, mince the garlic, break the green beans into small pieces, and slice the meat.

5. Take half of the minced garlic and stir-fry the meat, then add the green beans.

6. Stir fry for a few times, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, appropriate amount of water, cover and simmer for 5 minutes

7. Put the remaining half of the minced garlic in a bowl, add vinegar and sesame oil for later use

8. After the noodles are steamed, add them into the fried vegetables, add the prepared garlic sauce, mix well, and a pot of fragrant noodles is ready.

9. Serve
